Blueprint SyndicateAI agents for operators
Blueprint Syndicate · Est. 2024

Hire the employee that never calls out.

Custom AI agents that answer your calls, quote your jobs, chase your invoices and ask for your reviews — built for your business, running in about a week. One agent is $500. Full systems are scoped to your business and start at $12,000.

30-day guarantee · No retainer · You own the output

The cost of standing still

Work is already coming in faster than your team can answer it.

You did not build a business to spend your evenings writing quotes and your Sundays chasing invoices. But the alternative has always been hiring, and hiring is slow, expensive, and quits.

1 in 3

Calls nobody answers

Every unanswered call is a job that went to whoever picked up first. It does not show up in any report, which is exactly why it keeps happening.

11 hrs

A week on work a machine should do

Quotes, reminders, follow-ups, reports, copying numbers between two screens. None of it grows the business. All of it has to happen.

$62k

To hire the person who does it

Plus recruiting, plus training, plus the three months before they are useful, plus doing it all again when they leave.

How one agent replaces a job nobody wants

The whole model, the actual build, and the arithmetic on what it replaces. If you would rather read it, the FAQ below covers the same ground.

Pick the job you want off your plate.

Every one of these already runs inside a real business. Yours gets built against your data, your rates, your tone — not a template with your logo on it.

Instead ofA $2,400/mo answering service that still just takes messages
BPS-02 7–10 days

WhenContinuous monitoring
ThenAlert with the exact failing URL or step
Instead ofA customer emailing "your site is broken"

Three ways to work together

One job, a system, or the whole operation.

Most people start with one agent, watch it work for a month, then come back for the system. The bigger builds are scoped to your business on a call — the numbers below are where they start, not a box you have to fit.

Start here

One Agent

You pick the job. We build the agent that does it, end to end, and hand it over running.

$500 one time

Per agent. No retainer, no seat fees.

  • Scoping call — we map the job the way you actually do it$400
  • The agent, custom-built against your data and your tone$3,500
  • Every integration it needs into tools you already run$1,200
  • Testing against your real history before it touches a customer$600
  • Hosting, monitoring and fixes — first 90 days$900
  • Plain-English handover doc and an off switchIncluded

The flagship

The Full Build

  • Two-day operational teardown — every process, every handoff
  • As many agents as the operation needs, not a fixed count
  • Every system you run wired together into one flow
  • Custom dashboard, team training, full documentation
  • 90 days of changes and tuning at no extra cost
  • Direct line to Joseph for the entire build
  • Delivery milestones and dates in writing
Typical replacement2–4 salaries
Apply for the Full Build

Two taken per month. Joseph builds them himself.

The guarantee

Delivery dates in writing. If we miss one, we build on our own dime.

Every agent gets a delivery date at kickoff — 30 days for a single agent, 45 for a Growth System, 60 for a Full Build. If it is not live and doing its job by that date, we keep building at no additional cost until it is, and your included support window does not start until it runs. Nobody gets billed for our delay, and nobody gets left with half a system.

Third-party usage costs — AI API keys, SMS and phone numbers, and similar metered services — run in your own accounts and are billed by those providers. Hosting, monitoring and changes beyond the included support window are available on a monthly plan. Full service terms.

How it works

Three steps. You are only in one of them.

Tell us the job

Twenty minutes on a call. You describe the thing you wish somebody else handled, the way you would explain it to a new hire. We tell you straight away whether an agent can do it and what it will take.

20 minutes · your only real time cost

We build it

We connect to the tools you already use, build the agent against your real data, and test it on your own history until it behaves the way you would. You do not touch anything.

5–10 days · nothing needed from you

It runs

It goes live and starts doing the job. We watch it, fix anything that drifts, and send you a note when it has handled something worth knowing about. You get your evenings back.

From day one · monitored for 90 days

Built here first

Built by an operator who bet his own business on it.

Two years ago Joseph automated his own cash-intensive retail and delivery business in New York — chatbots, integrations, reports, everything time-sensitive — so his family could leave the country after his daughter was born. He has run it from abroad ever since.

$10M/yr Business run 100% remotely

A cash-heavy NYC retail and delivery operation, run from the other side of the planet for 2 years.

$1M → $450k Annual payroll and services

Over half a million a year cut, without cutting what customers see.

<4 hrs Work per week, down from 12–16 hour days

The judgement calls stayed. The repetition went to the machine.

100+ Automations in production

Across delivery, payments, e-commerce and lead generation — load-bearing before they were products.

Joseph Coello
“I worked my wife's entire pregnancy on one thing: making the business run without me. We took one trip to Cancun as a smoke test, and I never went back to the office. I am not selling you a theory — I am selling you the system I bet my own family's plans on.”

Before you ask

The questions everyone asks on the call.

What exactly do I get for $500?

One agent, built for one job in your business, running on our infrastructure. Not a template you configure yourself and not a course. We map the job on a call, build it, connect it to the tools you already use, test it against your real data, and hand it over working. Hosting and monitoring for the first 90 days are included.

What do the bigger builds cost?

The Growth System starts at $12,000 and covers three to five agents wired together around your biggest bottleneck. The Full Build starts at $50,000 and covers the whole operation, built by Joseph personally over four to six weeks. Both are scoped to your business on the teardown call — you get a fixed written price before any money moves, and that price does not creep. There is no hourly billing at any tier.

What if it does not work for my business?

Every build gets a delivery date in writing at kickoff — 30 days for one agent, 45 for a Growth System, 60 for a Full Build. If we miss it, we keep building at no additional cost until it is live and doing its job, and your included support window does not start counting until it runs. If an agent genuinely cannot do the job we scoped — which is what the scoping call exists to catch — we say so before you pay, not after.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can describe the job to a new hire, you can describe it to us. You will never touch the builder. You get a working system and a one-page explanation of what it does and how to turn it off.

Will this work with the software I already use?

Almost certainly. We build against the tools operating businesses actually run on — QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Twilio, Airtable, HubSpot, Calendly, most phone systems and most CRMs. If something in your stack has no way in at all, we tell you on the first call instead of after you have paid.

Who is actually building it?

Joseph Coello builds it. Not a junior, not an offshore team. He automated his own $10M-a-year retail and delivery business so completely that he has run it from abroad for two years on under four hours a week — and the same systems he built for himself are the ones he builds for you. That is also why the number of big builds taken at once is capped.

How fast is it live?

A single agent is typically live in five to ten days depending on which one. The full build runs four to six weeks, with the first working piece usually shipping in week one so you see movement before the invoice clears.

What ongoing costs should I expect?

Two kinds, and both are yours to see directly. First, third-party usage: the AI models, SMS, and phone numbers your agent uses are metered services that run in your own accounts, so those providers bill you at their rates — it scales with your volume, and for a business doing around $1M a year it typically runs about $150 a month. We give you the expected running cost before the build starts, and we never mark it up. Second, after your included support window ends, hosting, monitoring and changes are available on a flat monthly plan, or you can take the whole thing in-house with the documentation and owe us nothing. Nothing is held hostage.

What happens after the 90 days?

You choose: keep it on our infrastructure with monitoring and changes for a flat monthly fee, or take it in-house — we hand over the build and the documentation and you owe us nothing further. Most people stay because it is cheap and they never want to think about it, but leaving is genuinely easy, which is exactly why staying feels safe.
